- Loans: Loan Balance Enquiry and Loan Quotation are all available on the mobile app to help users know their loan status anytime and generate a loan quotation
- Investment: Users can make an enquiry on their running investments.
- Find Branch / ATM: With just a click of a button, user can locate all available branches and ATM location closer to them
- Fast Balance Feature: This is a special feature that allows users to know their account balance without logging in to the application.
- Blink Pay: This is a unique feature that allows user to transfer funds to a beneficiary they don’t know their account number but their email addresses. A form request is sent to beneficiary to fill banking details to complete payment
- Settings: Users can personalize the applications with various user settings such as Change Narration, Chane Account Name, Set and Change Transaction Pin Code, Change Password, Fast Balance Activation/Deactivation, etc.
- Customer Complaint: Feature for users to get their complaint and challenges reported to the bank
